From its inception, the Off West End Theatres group wanted a centralised website for each of their theatres (New End, The Shaw & The Players).

It should be easy to enter new plays and once entered with the running dates, the PHP-scripting would take care of where (in the "Showing Soon", "Currently Showing/What's On" or "Archive"-sections) to display the shows.

The format of display is as on many shopping cart sites: a list of items and each individual item can be clicked to drill down on the details.

Unlike most shopping cart sites, this site does not have an overview page to show a myriad of items for sale.
There is, however, a breakdown of items which can be purchased on each of the product grouping pages.

The product grouping page is individually designed and the breakdown of items is populated from a back-end database. This population-process determines the display of the "Add to cart"-button as well as any promotional or bulk offers within that product group.
